The original Ipswich Village; some of the shops & buildings have been rebuilt due to the fire in 1873. Great place for Ipswich Academy students to get their required items for school. Also there is fun during the holidays; a pumpkin patch, haunted house; and hay rides during the fall; ice skating during the winter; carnivals during the winter and community fairs during the spring.

| Salem Hill (1 sub-board)
The hill used for Witch hangings during the salem witch trials. During the late nights, people have ofter heard screams of the innocent. On one side of the hill is a lake used to see if the "accused" were witches, skeletons have said to be found of the drowned.

The school sits on many acres of green grass, the groundskeeper stays out by the stables, but don't disturb him unless you have valid reason, he's not a rather nice man to get along with.

Big gothic lookin' door with metal handles, open up to a hall way filled with old lighting candles, this main hallway branches off to the smaller halls that contain numberous of class rooms. Here you will find a few necesarry rooms.
